Siliguri, 08th January: The North Bengal Development Minister Rabindranath Ghosh inaugurated the new building of Siliguri Netaji High School. The ward councilor and opposition leader of Siliguri Municipal Corporation Ranjan Sarkar, members of the school management committee and all the teachers of the school were present during the inaugural ceremony.
Minister Rabindranath Ghosh stated that on the request of the management association president Asim Adhikari, several developmental works including construction of a new building have commenced on behalf of the state government. The total amount spent was approximately Rs 1,15,18,314.
On the other hand, the school management committee has requested to arrange toilets and drinking water for the students and teachers of the school. Minister Rabindranath Ghosh assured that arrangements would be done soon.
