Siliguri, 03rd February: NJP Police, acting on a tip-off, launched operations and arrested two persons with 537 grams of brown sugar worth around 1 crore rupees, on Wednesday evening. The arrested accused have been identified as Sanjeev Mishra and Mohammad Saiful Hossain. They are residents of Naxalbari and Malda.
According to police sources, the duo was nabbed from the Kashmir Colony area. Although they tried to flee but were successfully caught. They were sent to Jalpaiguri court today.
