Naxalbari, 07th April: Minister of State for Agriculture and Tribal Affairs, Arjun Munda, campaigned in support of BJP candidate Raju Bista of the Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency in tea gardens across Naxalbari.
According to reports, on Sunday, Arjun Munda interacted with the tea workers in Manja, Marapur, and Belgachhi tea gardens, discussing their concerns and promoting the party’s agenda. Additionally, he inaugurated an election office in the Belgachhi area. Minister Arjun Munda emphasized that the issues faced by the local population have been raised in the parliament by Raju Bista. He urged the state government to address the challenges faced by tea workers, noting that the central government is attentive to their needs and will continue to support them in the future.
Following this, the minister expressed confidence that the people of the region will support the BJP again, citing the developmental efforts of the central government as a reason for their continued trust in the party.
