Mirik, 20th February: The house of Pushpalal Basnet, a resident of Mirik Tingling Limbu Gaon, was gutted in a fire that broke out following blast of a cooking gas cylinder and leakage of gas, last night.
Despite several efforts by locals and SSB jawans, the blaze could not be brought under control and the house burnt down to ashes.
