Siliguri, 13th June: A massive fire broke out in an empty space between a hotel and a garage near State Guest House in Champasari late Sunday night.
The fire was initially spotted by a local who informed the others and they tried to douse the fire. Later, the incident was notified to the fire department. On receiving the news, two fire engines reached the spot and brought the fire under control after hours of hard work.
Fortunately, there was no loss of life or property in the fire. The fire department is probing the main cause of the fire.
