Malda, 02nd November: A man, identified as Shivdayal Sahani, has been accused of harassing an elderly couple under the influence of alcohol and vandalizing their house in the Gopalpur area under English Bazar police station. The victims have been identified as Arjun Mandal and Maya Mandal.
The helpless elderly couple approached the police station on Monday seeking justice. A written complaint has already been lodged against the accused at the English Bazar police station.
The couple alleged that the accused often comes intoxicated and abuses them. Hence, the couple approached the police seeking justice.
