Siliguri, 03rd March: The Left Congress Joint Committee submitted a 15-point memorandum to the superintendent of North Bengal Medical College and Hospital, on Wednesday.
Several demands including the introduction of the CT scan machine at NBMCH was presented through the memorandum.
CPI(M) district secretary Jibesh Sarkar and district Congress president Shankar Malakar and many others were present at the programme.
