Siliguri, 14th February: The Khalpara outpost police launched operations and arrested 5 people along with firearms. The arrested accused have been identified as Bijay Sahani, Sunny Paswan, Ratnesh Paswan, Rakesh Ghosh, and Karan Mahato. All of them are residents of Siliguri.
A pistol, a round of fresh ammunition, and two knives were recovered from their possession. All five were produced at the Siliguri court today.
Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
