Kalchini block administration distributed rice among 900 families

Alipurduar, 11th February: The Kalchini block administration distributed 12 kgs of special G.R. rice among 900 families in Madhu Tea garden.

It is to be noted that the Madhu tea garden under Kalchini block was shut down for the past seven years. Already, many garden workers have migrated to other states and other countries in search of work.
