Alipurduar, 18th November: Under the aegis of the Alipurduar district administration and Kalchini block administration, a two-day district-level Kala Utsav has begun at Kalchini Union Academy High School.
A total of 33 schools from different parts of the district participated in the said festival. Alipurduar Zilla Parishad Chairperson Sheela Das Sarkar, Additional District Magistrate Pushkar Roy, DPSC Chairman Paritosh Barman, JDA Chairman Ganga Prasad Sharma, and other dignitaries were also present.
The Kala Utsav organized to bring out the hidden talents of the young budding students. The winners who placed first in the district-level Kala Utsav will participate further at the state level as well.
