Illegal woods worth lakhs recovered from Kalchini

Alipurduar, 03rd January: The Hamiltonganj Range officials of the forest department conducted an operation and recovered illegal woods worth lakhs. The Forest officials recovered 50 CFT teak wood and sal wood from the Bharnobari Tea Garden in Kalchini block, on Friday morning. The recovered wood has been brought to the Hamiltonganj Range office.
