Jalpaiguri, 10th January: On the second Sunday of 2021, huge crowds were spotted having picnic at the banks of Jalpaiguri Teesta river.
Several people were spotted enjoying picnic from Teesta Spar No. 1 to Spar No. 9 adjacent to the Jublee Park in Jalpaiguri. They stated that picnic is being carried out following the safety measures.
