Siliguri, 20th October: Ahead of Diwali, the Himalayan Nature Adventure Foundation organized an awareness rally in Siliguri on use of fireworks and dengue.
Today, members of the organization carried out a rally from the Kanchenjunga Stadium Complex in Siliguri promoting the message of “Say No to Crackers” and spreading awareness against the outbreak of dengue. The rally circumambulated different areas of the city.
The message highlighting the festival of lights to celebrate with love and light rather than fireworks or crackers that cause a severe effect on the environment and innocent animals was spread in the rally.
