Higher secondary examination starts from today amid strict vigilance

Siliguri, 14th March: Higher Secondary Examination has started from today at 10 am as per the scheduled time. A total of 15,201 higher secondary examinees are appearing for the exams in the Darjeeling district. Of these, 6,032 are boys and the number of girls is 9,169. Furthermore, there are 39 exam centres in total and two have been segregated as sensitive centres. Police forces have been deployed at all the examination centres to maintain peace and order.
