Siliguri, 26th February: Preparations have commenced in Siliguri regarding G-20. Today, students from different schools took out a grand procession to inform the people of the entire city about this G-20.
The procession commenced from Baghajatin Park and concluded at Air View via Venus More, Sevoke More. Today, under the aegis of North Bengal School Sahodaya Complex, centring G-20 organized a two-day program. The children participated in the said procession wearing costumes from different countries.
During the first day of the program on Saturday, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla addressed the children and spoke about the benefits and pride of the G-20. The said procession was taken out today to inform the people of Siliguri of G-20.
