Cooch Behar, 06th March: On Friday night, thieves broke into a mobile shop in Bhawaniganj Bazar and fled with goods worth around Rs 30 lakh. The incident took place in the Meena Kumari Chowpathi in Bhawaniganj Bazar.
This morning, when the shop owner saw the broken lock of the shop, he informed the police about the incident. The security system of the area is being questioned due to reoccurring thefts in the market area which is situated close to the Kotwali police station. The police are involved in further investigation of the incident.
