Siliguri, 23rd July: Galaxy Health Insurance has opened a new area office in Siliguri with the aim of strengthening its business network in West Bengal and improving customer services.
The company stated that the new office will play an important role in making health insurance services more accessible and expanding its reach across North Bengal. With the launch of the office, customers from different districts of North Bengal and neighbouring regions will be able to access services more quickly and conveniently.
According to the company, the decision was taken considering Siliguri’s importance as a major commercial hub and the growing demand for healthcare services in the region. Through the new area office, the company plans to strengthen its advisor network and provide improved support to customers.
The company further stated that it aims to appoint more insurance advisors across West Bengal in the coming years and expand its hospital network.
