Siliguri, 03rd July: A free COVID-19 vaccination camp was organized today under the aegis of Gate Bazar Yuva Bharati Welfare Organization. The camp was inaugurated by Goutam Deb, Administrator of Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
During the event, Dean of North Bengal Medical College and Hospital Dr Sandip Sengupta, Dr Kalyan Khan, member of the administrative board of Siliguri Municipal Corporation, Ranjan Sarkar and other members of the organization were also present.
As per the report, the people will be vaccinated free of cost in this camp. Dr Sandip Sengupta appreciated the initiative of Yuva Bharati. “Vaccination is our big weapon in the fight against COVID-19,” the Dean added. He also appealed to all the citizens to vaccinate themselves to prevent the third wave of Coronavirus.
