Siliguri, 17th March: Four more new vehicles have been added to the municipal service across the city. Mayor Goutam Deb inaugurated two 8000 litres suction and jetting machine vehicle, one mobile service van and one dog-catcher van.
Reportedly, the suction-cum-jetting machine will take out the dirty waste deposited in the drain and the jetting machine will help to open up the clogged drains. Along with this, the mobile service van will do repair work at various places and also dog-catcher van will also work for stray dogs.
Today Mayor Goutam Deb, Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar, Mayor-Council and Municipal Corporation officials inaugurated 4 vehicles by showing green flag.
