Naxalbari, 01st September: Sensation prevailed after a fire broke out due to leakage in a cooking gas cylinder in a house in Dayaram Jote in Maniram Gram Panchayat under Naxalbari police station. Several items of the kitchen were damaged in the incident.
Reportedly, the incident occurred at the house of Sanjay Gupta, a resident of the aforementioned area, around 9 am today. Following this, the Naxalbari fire department was informed.
Upon receiving the news, the firefighters reached the spot and extinguished the fire.
