Siliguri, 11th March: The Darjeeling District Trinamool Yuva Congress staged a protest rally opposing the attack on Trinamool supremo Mamata Banerjee in Nandigram yesterday.
The rally commenced from Baghajatin Park today. Trinamool Congress Siliguri assembly candidate Omprakash Mishra, Trinamool leader Bedabrata Dutta, Kuntal Roy, and other party workers were present at the rally. Basically, the party has pointed fingers at BJP for this incident.
Omprakash Mishra said that the Prime Minister had mocked their slogan ‘Khela Hobe’ and declared ‘Khela Khotom’ (Game is over). He further alleged that the power of the Election Commission is being misused.
