Siliguri, 02nd March: A distressing incident came to light where a dance teacher allegedly attempted to sexually assault his minor student. The incident led to the arrest of the accused dance teacher Shubham Ghosh, a resident of Ward No. 07 of the Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
It has been reported that on February 24, the minor had arrived at the dance class when the accused teacher, Shubham Ghosh, allegedly attempted to molest the minor during the lessons. As a result, the minor immediately informed the entire incident to her family. Subsequently, a formal complaint was filed against the accused at the Khalpara police station on March 1.
The Khalpara police initiated an investigation and arrested the accused on the day of the filing of the complaint. On Saturday, the accused was produced before the Siliguri Court while the entire incident is being further investigated.
