Siliguri, 29th May: NJP police arrested a cyber fraud identified as Adarsh Singh (18) in connection with cheating the common citizens by hacking into their bank accounts in Siliguri.
Reportedly, Adarsh was duping people by hacking their documents and bank accounts. Several cases had also been registered in this regard. Subsequently, on Sunday, the police of NJP Police Station arrested the youth from Ashraf Nagar adjacent to Siliguri ISKCON temple.
According to police sources, Adarsh is involved in a big racket of cyber fraud. Additionally, police revealed that there are several registered cases against the youth outside the state as well. Meanwhile, today, the accused was produced before the Jalpaiguri Court, while, police have initiated an investigation in this regard.
