CPI(M) former MP Mohammad Salim criticized state’s judicial system

Siliguri, 16th September: During a party programme in Siliguri, CPI(M) former MP Mohammad Salim took a jibe against the West Bengal government for the poor judicial system in the state.


He further accused the police administration of being too occupied protecting VIP leaders and ministers that criminals are easily getting away with their crimes.

Besides, he also condemned the vandalization of Lord Buddha’s statue in a park in Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place on Tuesday and the Police have registered an FIR under relevant sections.
