Jalpaiguri, 04th July: A 32-year-old youth breathed his last in Jalpaiguri Biswa Bangla Krirangan COVID hospital on Saturday. The deceased was a resident of the Siliguri Purbachayan para and was reportedly infected with the novel coronavirus from the past three days.
According to the district health department, the youth tested COVID-19 positive and was admitted to Jalpaiguri COVID Hospital on Friday following fever and breathlessness. Although he was keeping well last night, his health condition suddenly deteriorated this morning leading to his death.
