Alipurduar, 04th June: Things in Alipurduar district are gradually returning to normalcy after several relaxations were announced by the government in Unlock 1.0. E-rickshaws (Toto) and other vehicles have started plying on the streets following all the government protocols.
All the totos were spotted covered with plastic curtains to help the passengers maintain social distance among themselves. The toto drivers stated that only 1-2 passengers are being boarded following all the restrictions.
Hasimara Traffic OC Bijay Dey stated everyone has been asked to use masks and sanitizers.
