Alipurduar, 19th January: Following the covid protocols, the Chhatra-Shikshak-Abhibhavak Manch (Student-Teacher-Parent Forum) staged a protest in Alipurduar, demanding the opening of schools and colleges.
Reportedly, on Wednesday, the rally commenced from Madhav More. After circling various parts of the city, members of the forum demonstrated in front of the District Inspector of Schools’ office and also submitted a memorandum.
The demonstrators demanded the termination of online classes and to open physical classes of all schools and colleges.
