Alipurduar, 14th July: On Wednesday, Van Mahotsav was celebrated in Alipurduar Dooars Kanya on behalf of the Buxa Tiger Reserve.
It has been learned that various programmes have been taken during the month of July on the occasion of Van Mahotsav. In addition, lakhs of saplings will be distributed in six divisions. The role of trees in preventing natural calamities is immense. Keeping this in mind, more than a hundred saplings will be planted in Alipurduar.
