Rajganj, 24th November: The BSF organized a “Cycle Rally” to commemorate the 75th anniversary of independence. The said cycle rally commenced from Agartala on 01st November to make people aware of various social issues including creating a drug-free country. Around 18 BSF jawans are taking part in the said rally.
The said rally reached Fulbari 176th Battalion on Wednesday evening via Meghalaya, Assam, and Dhubri and will reach Kolkata after covering a distance of about 2500 km on 12th December.
On Thursday morning BSF North Bengal Frontier Inspector General Ajay Singh flagged off the rally. During this, other BSF officers and people were present.
