Cooch Behar, 25th August: Sensation prevailed in the area of Rupnagar under Khagrabari village in Cooch Behar when a dead body of a man was recovered. The locals found the body hanging under a bridge of the Torsa River.
On receiving the information about the incident, Pundibari police reached the spot and recovered the body, and sent it for post-mortem. However, the identity of the deceased is not ascertained as of now. The police have started an investigation of the incident.
