Siliguri, 12th January: PC Jain & Sons organized a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank to overcome the blood shortage in the city. Today 200th Blood Donation Camp was organized at Milanpally, Siliguri. About 40 units of blood were collected in the said camp.
In this regard, Chairman of Siliguri Terai Dooars Blood Bank, Anil Goyal said that not only the blood donation camp, but his organization is also providing blood to 45 people suffering from Thalassemia. He further said that if any Thalassemia patient is suffering from anemia then their organization will try to help. Apart from this, he also assured to help the patients of hemophilia.
