Fulbari, 01st May: Marking Labour Day, a blood donation camp was organised at Maharaja Agrasen Hospital in Fulbari, setting an example of humanitarian initiative. The camp was held with the aim of addressing blood shortages, with enthusiastic participation from both the general public and hospital staff.
Blood is required daily for the treatment of several patients, and shortages are often felt during emergencies. Keeping this in mind, the hospital authorities took the initiative to organise the camp on the occasion of Labour Day.
A positive and energetic atmosphere was witnessed at the camp since Friday morning. Along with men, women also actively participated in donating blood. Doctors, nurses, hospital staff and local residents contributed significantly to the initiative.
