BJP No. 6 Mandal Committee stage protest at NJP police station

Siliguri, 10th November: The recent political clash between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Trinamool in the NJP premises has generated much heat between the parties. In this context, BJP No. 6 Mandal Committee staged a protest at the NJP police station on Tuesday.

BJP alleges that although written complaints have been lodged against TMC for harassing their party workers, the culprits are still elusive.

In view of this, BJP staged a protest at the NJP police station today. A rally was taken out on behalf of the organization, which commenced from the area adjacent to the NJP station and concluded at the police station.

Siliguri Organizational District President Praveen Agarwal accused the police of not taking any action against TMC. He warned of staging larger demonstrations if the miscreants are not arrested soon.

Furthermore, he said that he is hopeful that BJP will come to power in West Bengal with more than 200 seats.
