Bidhan Market Vyavasayee Samiti submits memorandum to SJDA concerning shop license

Siliguri, 14th December: The Bidhan Market Vyavasayee Samiti submitted a memorandum to SJDA applying for licenses for more than 300 temporary stalls in Bidhan Market.


It is to be noted that around 20 shops were damaged after a fire broke out in Bidhan Market, two years ago. The shops are being rebuilt and licenses will be provided by SJDA. However, there are more than 300 stalls in Bidhan Market that have been conducting trade for the past several years.

The Bidhan Market Vyavasayee Samiti, on Monday, issued a memorandum to the CEO at SJDA urging to provide licenses to these shops as well.
