Bank strike: Bank Employees Union in Cooch Behar shut down banks

Cooch Behar, 31st January: Bank unions called for a two-day nationwide strike starting from today. Supporting the move, the Bank Employees Union in Cooch Behar also shut down banks and ATMs. The move, however, is affecting the common people as they are facing a lot of problems. It has been reported that the strike has been called in support of 12-point demands.
