Attack on Mamata Banerjee will be “eighth wonder of the world”: Kailash Vijayavargiya

Siliguri, 12th March: During a press conference in Siliguri today, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kailash Vijayavargiya took a jibe at the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and stated that no political party in Bengal has the power to attack TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee. Even if such a thing happens, it will be the “eighth wonder of the world”.

Incidentally, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, on Wednesday, visited Nandigram to submit the nomination papers, during which, she was allegedly attacked and in the course, sustained severe leg injuries. Banerjee alleged the entire incident to be pre-planned and a conspiracy against her.

Speaking on the matter, Vijayavargiya said that despite being a candidate for Nandigram for the upcoming assembly elections, Mamata Banerjee is pointing fingers at the people of Nandigram. He claimed that the people of Nandigram are disappointed and will respond to these allegations on the polling day. He asserted that Shuvendu Adhikari will win in the assembly by more than 50,000 votes.
