Siliguri, 05th December: A massive public meeting of Buddhist Cell was held at Baghajatin Park today. Around 7 thousand people belonging to the Buddhist joined the Trinamool Congress in the public meeting.
It is to recall, on Friday, Buddhist Cell extended their support to Trinamool Congress in the forthcoming assembly polls and announced to take out a rally from Mahananda Bridge on December 05. West Bengal Trinamool Refugee Cell State President Mukul Chandra Bairagya, Sherpa Development Board Chairman Nima Sherpa, and many others were present during the conference.
Various Trinamool leaders including state Minister Arup Biswas, Goutam Deb, Rabindranath Ghosh were present in the meeting. Minister Biswas handed over the party’s flag to the Buddhist Cell co-auditor Nima Sherpa.
