Siliguri, 08th May: After becoming the new MLA of Siliguri Shankar Ghosh visited his ‘political guru’ Ashok Bhattacharya today.
This is Ghosh’s first visit to Ashok Bhattacharya he left the party and joined BJP ahead of the assembly elections.
“We were together in politics for a long time. We have been together in many movements and struggles. I have learned a lot from him (Bhattacharya). I will develop Siliguri in the days to come with the experiences taught by him.”
Meanwhile, Ashok Bhattacharya said, “Despite the political struggle, a public representative has come to meet me, so I have met him. I wish him success in his work.”
