Siliguri, 15th October: Siliguri Municipal Corporation observed India’s former President Abdul Kalam alias Missile Man’s 91st birth anniversary, on Saturday.
Siliguri Municipal Corporation Mayor Goutam Deb and Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar, and other officials paid tribute to the former late President of the country by offering garlands in his picture.
