Siliguri, 07th June: A three-day mega COVID-19 vaccination camp organized by Siliguri Chandmoni Uttorayon Welfare Society under the aegis of Lions Club of Uttorayon Centennial, at Birla Divya Jyoti School concluded. More than 2650 people were vaccinated with Covishield Vaccine.
The camp was inaugurated by SMC Administrator Goutam Deb, Dr P. D. Bhutia, Lion Shrawan Choudhary (Past District Governor) and members of the executive committee of CUWS.
The vaccination programme was co-ordinated by Past President Lion Amit Garg, Lion Vivek Agarwal and also had effective management by Lion Suraj Agarwal, Lion Rohit Goyal, Lion Rahul Agarwal, Lion Amit Ladha, Lion Mukesh Bansal, Lion Rocky Singh, Lion Hanshu Agarwal, Lion Dinesh More, Lion Amit Agarwal and Lion Rahul Gupta.
The efforts of the club received praises from CUWS and the persons vaccinated because of the flawless management of the camp. Amongst other members, President Lion Manoj Jain, Secretary-Lion Navish Agarwal and Treasurer Lion Lalit Jain were also present during the camp
