Siliguri, 06th March: The Left-Congress and ISF alliance is yet to announce its candidate for the Darjeeling district. Nonetheless, Left leader Ashok Bhattacharya kickstarted electioneering in the city from Saturday.
He campaigned in Ward No. 29 of the Siliguri assembly constituency through wall painting. Party activists including, ward co-ordinator Sharadendu Chakraborty were present during the programme.
