Rajganj, 22nd December: The 173rd birth anniversary of Maa Sarada was celebrated on Monday at Saradamani High School in Fatapukur, Rajganj. The event commenced with floral tributes and garlanding of Maa Sarada’s statue by Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy.
Also present at the event were Block Development Officer Prashant Barman, school headmaster Dr. Sumanta Bagchi, members of the school management committee, teachers, and prominent local figures.
On the occasion, the newly constructed statue of the school’s founder, Swami Nirvedananda Maharaj, was formally inaugurated. The celebrations included the lighting of lamps to mark the beginning of a day-long program.
The event featured discussions on Maa Sarada’s life and ideals, prayer sessions, and various cultural programs organized by the school to honor her legacy.
