Siliguri, 01st September: Police Day was celebrated in Siliguri city along with the rest of the state. During the occasion, a program was organized by the Siliguri Police Commissionerate and Kawakhali Traffic Guard, in which, tree saplings were planted.
In addition, Siliguri Police Commissioner Akhilesh Kumar Chaturvedi distributed helmets, school bags, and footballs under the ‘Safe Drive, Save Life’ program. The program also witnessed the presence of DCP Abhishek Gupta and other police officers.
