Siliguri, 27th July: The NJP police nabbed two members of a mobile thief gang. The arrested accused have been identified as Gourang Das and Joy Deb Das.
On Tuesday, the police received a tip-off about the two accused men trying to sell some stolen goods in Michael Madhusudan Colony. Based on the information, the NJP police arrested the duo by running a campaign. 13 stolen mobiles, five bluetooth speakers, two pen drives, four mobile batteries and headphones were recovered from the duo’s possession. Today both the accused were produced in Jalpaiguri court.
