Rajganj, 26th July: A toto (e-rickshaw) lost control and overturned near the roadside. The incident took place today in the Amaidighi area near Fulbari on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway. The driver and the passenger on board narrowly escaped a horrifying incident.
According to local sources, the toto was going to Fulbari from Jotiakali with a passenger. While giving way to the speeding vehicle on opposite side, the toto lost its control and overturned on the roadside. Later, with the help of the locals, the toto was recovered by a JCB.
