Siliguri, 16th September: Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, Siliguri, will organise a week-long mega blood donation drive from September 17 to September 23. The initiative is being conducted under the guidance and support of the Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad.
The primary objective of the programme is to encourage voluntary blood donation and help maintain an adequate and safe supply of blood for hospitals and patients undergoing treatment. The initiative will also seek to create awareness among the public about the importance of regular blood donation.
Hemant Kumar Baid, President of Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, Siliguri, said the week-long programme aims to spread the message of social service and highlight the vital role of blood donation in saving lives.
He appealed to the public to come forward and participate in the humanitarian initiative, contributing towards the welfare of society.
