Siliguri, 27th April: A couple, charged with the theft of fuel and automobile parts, has been arrested by the police on Sunday. The arrested accused have been identified as Ajay Dey and Priyanka Dey.
As per the report, numerous complaints had emerged from the past several days regarding the theft of fuel and car parts in NJP station premises. Based on the complaints, the NJP police, on late Sunday night, launched operations and caught the accused couple red-handed stealing automobile parts.
The arrested accused individuals were produced before the Jalpaiguri court on Monday.
