Siliguri, 20th May: After two COVID-19 positive cases were recently reported from Siliguri, reports of social discrimination being faced by the patients’ kins started to surface.
In this regard, Shankar Ghosh, member of the administrative board of SMC, expressed outrage and maintained that stern actions will be taken against those with such ill will.
He further urged the people to support each other and find ways to deal with the challenges of the pandemic.
