Siliguri, 04th May: Rampant theft of AC pipes has been on the rise in Siliguri. In a recent incident, a brazen attempted theft of AC pipes has been caught on the surveillance camera at Hakim Para in Siliguri.
In the footage showcasing the brazen act, two suspected thieves could be seen walking down the streets in the darkness of the night. Subsequent, one thief scaled the wall of a residence and forced upon the AC pipe in the building, in a desperate attempt to steal.
The rising incidents of similar theft cases within the city has sparked concerns among the citizens.
