Rajganj 11th June: Rajganj block administration felicitated Pooja Barman who scored 481 marks in her higher secondary exams. Pooja Barman a resident of Kukurjan Gram Panchayat of Rajganj block. Her father works as a mason and is the sole breadwinner of the family. Despite the financial constraint, Pooja Barman worked hard and became the topper of Sariam Jashodhar High School.
After the news of her success came to light, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, District Primary Education Parliament Chairman Lakshya Mohan Roy, and Rajganj BDO Pankaj Konar visited Pooja’s house on Saturday and felicitated her by offering a bouquet and sweets.
Pooja wishes to study Geography as her subject and aims to become a police officer. In this regard, Rajganj MLA Khageshwar Roy stated that Pooja, a daughter of a poverty-stricken family in his constituency, has performed exceptionally well in the higher secondary examination. To help her achieve her dreams, the MLA assured all possible support to Pooja in her higher education.
